Add your Tesla charger in the Tesla app
Follow these steps to link your Wall Connector to your Tesla account.
For your Tesla charging station to transmit its charging history, it must first be added to your account in the Tesla app.
Steps to follow
Open the Tesla app on your phone.
Log in with your Tesla account.
Tap the menu in the top right corner.
Select Add Product.
Choose the Wall Connector and start the registration.
Scan the QR code found in the quick start guide provided with your charging station.
Accept the request allowing your phone to temporarily connect to the charging station's Wi-Fi network.
Then select your home Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
Keep the app open during setup. Registration can take up to five minutes.
Once the setup is complete, your Wall Connector will appear in the Products section or directly on the home screen of the Tesla app. You can then check its status and charging history.
Can't find the QR code anymore?
The necessary QR code is usually found in the charging station's quick start guide. If you no longer have it, open a support request from the Contact Support option in the Tesla app.
Important for the Roulez Electrique Club
The charging station must have been added to the Tesla app for its data to be transmitted to Tesla's servers. Sessions performed before this setup may not be available if they were never recorded by Tesla.
